Sulphur Springs, located in beautiful Northeast Texas, can be found on Interstate 30 between Dallas and Texarkana.  You will love our small town charm and quality of life mixed with “Big City Conveniences”.  The community has a thriving downtown square, specialty shopping, fine dining, outdoor festivals, symphony concerts, world class entertainment, boutiques, and fishing.

We boast of more than 45 restaurants, ranging from fine dining to fast food providing a wide variety of cuisine, nine hotels, major lakes and recreational attractions, 300 acres of parks, museums, a library, exemplary school campuses, and an airport named “Airport of the Year” in 2003.

The Hopkins County Civic Center includes an air conditioned rodeo arena, livestock pavilion, concert hall, and a new 300-stall Equine Center.  A 100-bed hospital staffed with more than 40 physicians, as well as numerous clubs and civic organizations are committed to the well being of the people in our community.

Sulphur Springs is the seat of Hopkins County.  The downtown square is the heart of the community.  It is also the location of the beautiful 1895 red Texas granite courthouse, a registered historical landmark since 1975.
